Nicole’s Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Osteopathy were completed at Victoria University in Melbourne. She has since undergone further studies in the areas of functional movement, pregnancy and paedeatric osteopathy. Nicole is a passionate osteopath who has a wide range of interests including women’s health, acute sporting injuries and headaches/postural related pain.

Nicole strongly believes that a multifaceted approach to treatment helps to achieve overall systematic health. She loves to motivate her patients to take an active role in their health and wellbeing, taking into consideration many different lifestyle factors which influence the body on a daily basis. To aid and assist your body to function optimally, she applies a wide range of osteopathic techniques in her treatment, including soft tissue massage, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation. Nicole frequently uses dry needling, sports and rock taping in adjunct to this.

Nicole lives an active lifestyle. She is a keen sportswoman and adores the many open spaces that Melbourne has to work out in. Her biggest loves in life include spending time with family/friends, and her dog Alf. Nicole will tell you that she tries to resist, but she can’t say no to soy latte’s and a cheeky shop on her lunch break.
